Aluminum pergola drainage system
Built-In Drainage, rainwater drains inside the posts. Keep dry & no splashes.
Blades to Gutter
Rainwater flows from the surfaces of each louver into the gutter, tightly waterproof.
Post-Guided Channel
Then flows downward through the interior of the post, effectively prevent spills and leaks.
Bottom drainage
Finally, quickly drain through the outlet at the bottom of the post.
Dual-layers blade | Rainwater Diversion
The blades come with rubber seals, which minimize gaps between blades for tighter closure and improved water‑resistance.
When it rains, especially during heavy rainfall, both blades and gutters discharge water rapidly at the same time. This reduces the water‑holding pressure on gutters and delivers superior rain‑proof performance.
Our material is 6063‑T6 aluminum. Compared to T5, it features higher rigidity and stronger load‑bearing capacity, and is less prone to bending and deformation. Well‑suited for pergolas, rain canopies and large‑span shading frames.
Polyurethane foam filling
High-density polyurethane foam-filled blades, creates a thermal barrier that effectively blocks heat transfer, sound & heat insulation.
During rainfall, it also reduces the noise generated when raindrops hit the surface of the blades, delivering an improved user experience.
Dual Motors & Hidden Motor
Dual motors drive tighter compression between blades, reducing gaps and improving waterproof performance.
Hidden motors deliver a sleeker, more integrated appearance.
Built-in zip blind
Shrink- resistant & Waterproof
42% fiberglass and 58% PVC fabric, shrink-resistant, UV resistant, waterproof, fade-resistant and easy to clean.
